it only overlays a light streak photo and adjust the capacity or rotate the picture. you cannot control on which part of the picture you can apply the bokeh effect. not worth it.

Some of the effects look pretty good - especially when toned down a little with the opacity slider. Would be nice if it were a universal app. And it would be a huge improvement if you could also rotate and resize the effects instead of just being able to move them.

I really love this app! I like how you can change the bokeh around and change the opacity on it. The only thing I dont like is when you save the picture it saves it with a frame. Is there a way to remove the frame?

You cant change the colors of the hearts or any of the shapes. I wish I knew that..

Its ok for some pictures but not all.... You cant make the lights bigger or smaller and its unfocused, they shouldnt have charged money for the app

This photo app is quite special with all the misty effects. Now Xmas is coming, I can try this app to decorate my photos and they all look very festive! Nice!

I love this app.. You can move the filters around to fit over your picture and automatically upload it to Instagram/Facebook ect. Or just save it to your photo album. Its very easy to use. Its perfect if you wanna add a little life to your photo!

This app does not really work with iPad- even if I make a ratio for iPad screen. It is still too small. The effects are just okay - nothing special. Once the effect is chosen, I cant go back or overlay different filters. Not much fun, unless you just want to put random bokeh on pics using your phone. I wish a developer could make it work for iPad and add more features.

Needs to be able to layer if youd like, need to be able to make the sizes you want and too rotate. This app like its sister app with the galaxy needs work. I dont know where ALL THESE 5 STARS come from but the app is very far from being 5 star app. Some of you REALLY need to take a look at what makes a true 5 star app. This, this is good for a rush job & thats why I gave it 3 stars. Its "CUTE" but that where it starts & stops.

I bought this app because it says there are over 54 or so bokeh options. I though that was great for the price because other apps were limited to maybe 10 or so. I quickly realized that you are limited with this app. When you choose your pic they AUTOMATICALLY add the bokeh effect. You do NOT have the choice where you want to put the effect. Other apps allow you to tap where you want the shape you choose. Now, I realize the limited creative freedom works for some but I think for the most part people want to choose how many effects, what size or opacity they want on a particular picture. It was $0.99 so jot a huge loss or anything but I wanted to post this so the next person is aware of what they are getting into. Enjoy!
